Job Description
We have a temporary full-time Yard Worker position available in a busy Auto Recycling facility located in Surrey, BC!
The steel manufacturing facility converts recycled scrap metal into high-quality finished steel products, including reinforcing bar (rebar), wire rod, coiled bar, merchant bar, and other specialty products. This role is well suited for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment and are able to remain focused and self-directed while efficiently completing assigned tasks.
Position Tile: Yard Worker + Forklift
Temporary Full Time
Location: Surrey, BC
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift Time: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/H based on experience
Transit accessible however 20-minute walk from Scott Road Station -vehicle preffered
Forklift certification - Sit Down Counterbalance
