The individual will be responsible for the removal of snow in the yard, utilizing a variety of equipment to ensure access to all loading areas.
Responsibilities
- Operate various equipment for snow removal in the yard.
- Ensure all loading areas are accessible at all times.
- Assist in general construction tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience with general or construction labor experience or working outdoors
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry and concrete finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements.
- Experience with crane operation and supervision.
