**Job Description**
The individual will be responsible for the removal of snow in the yard, utilizing a variety of equipment to ensure access to all loading areas.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various equipment for snow removal in the yard.
+ Ensure all loading areas are accessible at all times.
+ Assist in general construction tasks as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with general or construction labor experience or working outdoors
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in carpentry and concrete finishing.
+ Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements.
+ Experience with crane operation and supervision.
+ Familiarity with structural concrete tasks.
