Yield Analyst

Overview

Responsible in the setup of vessels, creation of voyages, setup of prices and ensuring bunks and rates are properly managed with the objective of maximizing revenues per voyage towards the achievement of revenue targets.

Revenue Specialist is expected to demonstrate keen attention to details translating to an ability to identify opportunities that will increase volume, revenue and utilization of assigned vessels.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the travel system making it ready to accept bookings (opening of voyages, set-up of prices, setup of promotions).
• Analyzes booking performance per voyage and per portlink, and adjusts tier allocation in order to maximize revenue and utilization.
• Monitors assigned vessels and routes vis a vis competitors rates to aid decision in price adjustment.
• Monitors schedule of assigned vessels and issues advisories on schedule and routing changes
