Title: Young Leaders Program Manager
Reports to:Director, Phillip N. Truluck Center for Leadership Development
Job Summary: The Young Leaders Program Manager identifies, educates, recruits, and trains conservative student leaders for Heritage’s Young Leaders Program (YLP). In collaboration with department and enterprise-wide colleagues, the Program Manager delivers robust programming to grow the next-generation, conservative talent pipeline with the objective of job placement and policy influence with Heritage’s key audiences. The Program Manager must have strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with interns, departments across Heritage, and key coalition partners.
Job Duties:Manage a dynamic intern recruitment, application, and rolling hiring process, including reviewing and selecting 55+ interns per semester in consultation with department and enterprise colleagues. Work with Heritage Oper...
