Youth and Family Support Practitioner – Passages

The Position

The Youth and Family Support Practitioner provides supervision and support to young people residing in the program and is a member of the team ensuring treatment plans are implemented. All workers are expected to assist with daily household routines and chores, minor facility maintenance and direct youth support. Youth and Family Support Practitioners must have good working knowledge of computer programs and skilled with basic office applications as there are daily administrative tasks as well as case management tasks as part of this role.

This is a 1.0 FTE permanent role working 40 hours a week, Tuesday – Saturday, alternating 2 weeks, meaning 2 weeks of 7am – 3pm, and 2 weeks of 3-11pm.
