Description
The Oshkosh Apprenticeship Program is a 15 month long program focused on core technical engineering skills, led by industry professionals. The program will start in June 2026 and conclude in August 2027. Oshkosh Corporation is flexible and will accommodate the scheduling challenges unique to high school students.
Program Objectives
Provide a premium opportunity for high performing students that desire a STEM career
Promote partnership among the students, parents, school, and Oshkosh Corporation
Prepare students for an engineering career
Offer a real-world educational experience by partnering the student with an engineer for on the job shadowing, team projects, field trips, and guest speakers
Provide students with a link between secondary and university education
