Are you currently studying a Cert IV or higher qualification in a Community Services or Youth related field? Edmen’s Kickstart Program could be the perfect opportunity to get you started in the industry. Our Kickstart Program provides eligible students with the opportunity to complete placement hours fully paid while you study, with ongoing work available once your placement has finished.

We're partnering with our community partners to provide workforce solutions to their growing youth organisations. Edmen offers round-the-clock care to young people in different settings, such as residential, community access, outreach and supervised family contact, and if you have a caring heart, a sense of adventure, and a passion to change young lives, we'd love to have you join us.
