Role Overview We are looking for a creative, execution-focused, and data-driven You Tube Associate to support and scale Unacademy Stars You Tube channels. This role will work closely with top educators and creators to drive channel growth, content performance, and audience engagement at scale.
Key Responsibilities
You Tube Channel Management ● Manage day-to-day operations of Unacademy Stars You Tube channels.
● Upload, schedule, and optimize videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
● Ensure consistency in publishing calendars and content quality.
Content & Growth Strategy ● Work closely with Star educators to plan high-performing content formats.
● Identify trends, viral hooks, and new growth opportunities.
● Execute growth experiments to improve views, watch time, CTR, and subscribers.
