Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Optimization Specialist to help improve the performance of our YouTube channels. This is not a content creation role—our creative team produces the videos. We need a strategic analyst who can assess our existing content, recommend improvements, and optimize our performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance metrics on two YouTube channels (B2B client-facing and VA recruitment)
  • Conduct thorough YouTube SEO audits and recommend optimization strategies
  • Review and optimize thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for better visibility
  • Interpret YouTube analytics to identify high-performing content and improvement opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing content reach and engagement
  • Offer strategic advice on content optimization for maximum impact
