Overview
We’re helping our client find a creative leader to build YouTube into a major paid acquisition channel for a fast-growing DTC minerals & supplements brand. In this role, you will lead YouTube direct-response creative from concept through production, developing platform-native ads designed to convert cold traffic at scale while shaping the brand’s creative direction on YouTube
Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
- Generate and evolve YouTube ad concepts—hooks, angles, narrative structures, formats—that drive measurable acquisition
- Write and develop scripts built for YouTube's attention dynamics (the first 5 seconds, mid-roll retention, CTA placement)
- Bring fresh creative angles rooted in direct response principles and brand positioning
- Direct the internal creative team through ideation, briefing, production, and iteration
