Role Overview
You will be responsible for growing the HYE Tutors YouTube channel from strategy to scale. This is not just editing — this is a growth and content strategy role. You'll work with our existing content (reels, scripts, educational material) and help transform it into a YouTube growth engine.
Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Growth
Build and execute a YouTube growth strategy (shorts + long-form)
Identify content pillars for HYE Tutors (SAT, college admissions, pre-med, law school, study strategies, parent education, etc.)
Develop a posting cadence and growth roadmap (first 30 / 60 / 90 days)
Track performance and iterate based on analytics
SEO, Titles, Thumbnails & Retention
Create high-converting YouTube titles and descriptions
Optimize thumbnails for CTR
Improve watch time and retention strategies
Research keywords and trends in education content
Content Optimization
Repurpose Instagram Reels into YouTube Shorts
