Role Summary:

Support the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel. The intern will assist with uploads, basic YouTube SEO, content tracking, analytics monitoring, and coordination with editors and creators to help grow the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the content calendar and upload schedule.
• Support video uploads and basic YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists).
• Help track channel performance metrics such as views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, and subscribers.
• Assist in researching content trends, keywords, and YouTube best practices.
• Support community management by monitoring comments and feedback.
• Help repurpose long-form videos into YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain an organized archive of video assets and metadata.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and content teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Interest in YouTube, digital content, or video platforms.
• Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and basic analytics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or design tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with awareness of trending formats and content styles.
