Role Overview: We’re looking for a smart, experienced YouTube Optimization Specialist to help us unlock the full potential of our two existing YouTube channels. While our creative team is busy producing videos, we need someone to analyze our performance and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale our channels. If you have experience boosting YouTube performance and love diving into analytics, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics for our two YouTube channels (one for clients, one for VAs)
• Assess thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for optimization opportunities
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve channel performance
• Track changes and assess what works, adjusting strategies as needed
• Suggest content strategies and help plan for growth (optional, but welcome)
