Role Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking YouTube Policy Support Specialist to join an on-site Customer Support & Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will support YouTube partners and users by reviewing policy-related cases, assisting with account and content concerns, and ensuring platform standards are respected.
You will act as a key point of contact between creators and the platform, helping maintain a safe and compliant digital environment.
No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
