This Is a YouTube-First Role
This is not a traditional post-production manager role. We are specifically looking for someone with deep experience in YouTube-native content, where success is driven by pacing, retention, iteration speed, and audience engagement, not traditional film, TV, or broadcast workflows.
If your background is primarily in film, television, or commercial post-production with long timelines or on-set focused processes, this role will not be a good fit.
If you've worked closely with creators, managed YouTube editors, shipped content weekly, and think about edits through a performance and viewer-retention lens, you're exactly who we're looking for.
