This is a remote position.

Job Overview: We need a full-time YouTube Script Writer | Content Writer | Copywriter who writes long-form video scripts (20-60 minute videos). You will use AI tools to create scripts and then edit them to make them perfect. This is a permanent work-from-home job.



Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Fixed, Non-negotiable)
Experience: 6 months -2 years minimum (NO FRESHERS)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Position

Responsibilities


  • Write detailed YouTube video scripts for long videos
  • Research topics deeply before writing
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, etc.) to create drafts
  • Edit AI content to add emotion and human touch
  • Write attention-grabbing hooks for video intros
  • Create engaging storytelling content
  • Write YouTube titles, descriptions, and tags
  • Add timestamps and sections for long videos
  • Meet deadlines (1-2 days per script)
  • Handle multiple scripts based on workload

    • Perfect Candidate:
    ✓ Has written YouTube scripts before
    ✓ Understands YouTube algorithm basics
    ✓ Knows how to fact-check information
    ✓ Has patience to edit long scripts
    ✓ Can work independently without supervision

    ✗ You don't own a laptop
    ✗ You have slow internet

    Requirements


    Preferred Skills:

    • Content writing - articles, blogs, web content
    • Copywriting - sales copy, ad copy, marketing content
    • YouTube scriptwriting or video scriptwriting
    • Long-form content writing experience
    • SEO writing and keyword research
    • Story writing and narrative building
    • Research and fact-checking skills
    • Proofreading and editing expertise
    • AI prompt writing experience
    • Content optimization knowledge
    • Digital content creation background

    Preferred Writing Experience:

    • Blog writing / Article writing
    • Website content writing
    • Social media content creation
    • Email copywriting
    • Marketing content writing
    • Creative content development
    • Educational content writing
    • Storytelling and narrative writing

    Technical Must-Haves:

    • Personal laptop/computer (Company will NOT provide)
    • High-speed internet (30+ MBPS minimum)
    • Experience with AI writing tools
    • Basic YouTube platform understanding
