Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and self-driven YouTube Video Creator who can focus primarily on content ideation and video creation . This role is open to creators of any experience level and offers complete flexibility to work remotely and part-time.

Core Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

• Research and suggest relevant video topics aligned with Gururo’s audience

• Create scripts or content outlines for educational, explainer, and promotional videos

• Record videos (face camera / voice-over / screen recordings) using your own setup

• Deliver raw or semi-edited video content as agreed

Optional Responsibilities (Nice to Have)

Video Editing & Publishing (Optional)

• Edit videos with engaging cuts, text overlays, captions, and transitions

• Add intros, outros, background music, and basic motion graphics

• Upload and publish videos with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails

YouTube Growth & Optimization (Optional)

• Optimize videos for SEO, CTR, and watch time

• Monitor video performance using YouTube Analytics

• Improve content strategy based on data and audience insights

Collaboration & Repurposing (Optional)

• Coordinate remotely with marketing and content teams

• Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, and clips

• Ensure consistency with Gururo’s brand voice and guidelines
