Hi everyone,
We are a YouTube Automation agency scaling up our history/finance education channels. We are looking for a video editor who understands pacing, retention, and narrative storytelling to join our team on a permanent basis.
The Style We Want:
We love the clean, cinematic, and historically rich aesthetic of these channels. If you are familiar with them, that is a huge plus.
We are NOT looking for:
Gaming montages, heavy transitions, flashy effects, or meme-style Gen Z editing. We want an editor who can make a 12-15-minute video about history feel suspenseful and engaging.
Requirements:
Proven experience editing YouTube documentaries or educational content (please link your portfolio/relevant samples).
Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (we use heavy masking, vintage overlay textures, and subtle 2.5D Ken Burns effects).
Ability to source or suggest B-roll (archival footage, stock footage).
