We create long-form, story-driven content that teaches the real rules of communication, influence, leadership, and systems thinking inside modern companies.

THE ROLE

As a YouTube Video Editor, you'll work directly with the creator (Fortune 100 leader, author, and entrepreneur) to edit talking-head educational videos, motion-graphic explainers. Each video is expected to be 15 minutes and up to 4 videos edited per month.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit long-form and short-form videos with clarity, engagement, and strong narrative flow
  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, charts, and supporting visuals
  • Apply modern YouTube storytelling fundamentals — hooks, pacing, retention cues
