YouTube Video Editor

Experience will determine the pay range; please, no freelancers or agencies. We are looking for an actual employee to grow with us (daily meetings, etc).

I'm looking for an editor to help me coordinate, edit and schedule content for my youtube channel. I'm looking to release the following content per month:

• 1 Podcast of 45-75 minutes long
• 4 Long-form videos (8-12 minutes)
• 30 Shorts (Reels, tiktoks, youtube short videos from the podcast).
• Thumbnails
• Upload and schedule videos with proper description, tags, and chapters. Review analytics and schedule videos with proper tags.
• 13 email campaigns per month (3 per week) to Tire Base customers using our CRM.
• Participate in daily meetings with CEO on What was done, what we are working , and what for schedule to be done.
