About the Role

A Zero Harm Manager will actively partner with Downers Energy & Utilities business unit. The successful candidate will engage with the Power Projects operational team to lead Zero Harm behaviours, enabling the conditions for our teams to thrive whilst performing successfully without harm to the people, communities or environment in which we work.

This dynamic role will involve exposure to a mix of disciplines with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Work Health, Safety and Environment objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

• Deliver the project's HSE strategy aligned to Downer E&U and client requirements
