Job Role : SAP PP / QM

We are looking for a skilled SAP PP/QM Consultant to support and enhance our SAP systems related to production planning and quality management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP PP and QM modules and working with end-users to ensure smooth operations across manufacturing and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, support, and maintain SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.

• Gather business requirements, design, and configure SAP solutions to meet process needs.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user training.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from production, quality, and supply chain teams.

• Monitor batch jobs, troubleshoot SAP PP/QM-related issues, and support end users.

• Create documentation for configurations, functional specs, and test cases.

• Work on SAP enhancement, change requests, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.).

• Participate in SAP rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM module implementation or support.

• Strong knowledge of PP Master Data (BOM, routing, work centers), MRP, production orders, and shop floor control.

• Good exposure to QM processes like inspection planning, results recording, usage decisions, and notifications.

• Experience with integration between SAP PP/QM and other modules (MM/SD/WM).

• Hands-on experience with customizing/configuration in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

• Understanding of IDOCs, batch jobs, and interface troubleshooting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• SAP S/4HANA experience

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps

• Experience with PP-PI (Process Industries)

• SAP certification in PP/QM
