You are a knowledgeable leader in zipline procedures, set high standards for guest service, and act as an important communication link between on-site teams.

What You'll Do:

· Lead and coordinate the Zipline Guide team during daily operations

· Ensure all opening checks, daily gear inspections, and safety procedures are completed

· Monitor and enforce safety rules and operational standards
