Recruiting Operations Coordinator (Zoho Recruit / Zoho One) – Full-Time (EST Hours)
We are looking for a U.S.-based staffing firm seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support our recruiting team and manage day-to-day recruiting operations inside Zoho Recruit and the Zoho One platform.
This is a full-time role. Availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours is required.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and manage candidate and job data in Zoho Recruit
- Support recruiters with administrative and operational tasks during busy periods
- Organize and optimize workflows, fields, pipelines, and data within Zoho One
- Assist with light candidate sourcing and candidate follow-up outreach
- Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized recruiting systems
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (required)
