Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage the entire Zoho One suite, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, People, Desk, Campaigns, Projects, and Analytics.
Create and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across applications to enforce security and operational needs.
Develop, configure, and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho applications to improve business efficiency.
Maintain and monitor data accuracy, consistency, backups, and ensure smooth data migrations during system upgrades or rollouts.
Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and training on Zoho applications to internal users, ensuring effective utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations aligned with business processes.
Liaise with Zoho support, external vendors, and implementation partners for advanced technical support, configuration changes, and system enhancements.
Monitor system performance, stay updated with Zoho product enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for Zoho configurations, custom views, reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
Lead change management efforts to drive user adoption and proper utilization of Zoho tools.
