Job Description
I am looking for a Zoho Specialist to audit and enhance our existing reporting dashboards. Currently, we have a basic setup using standard Zoho CRM reports, but we are experiencing data lag and accuracy issues. The primary goal is to transition or optimize our reporting to ensure 100% data integrity and real-time (or near real-time) visibility into our Emails sent from zohocrm.
- Fix Data Inaccuracy: Resolve sync lags and reporting errors between Zoho CRM and Sendgrid.
- System Optimization: Determine the best environment (CRM Reports vs. Zoho Analytics) for 100% accurate, bulletproof tracking.
- Dashboard Creation: Build a high-level Email KPI dashboard for executive use.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
