About the Role

We are looking for an experienced individual to design, implement, customise, and optimize Zoho CRM and Zoho One ecosystem. You will play a critical role in automating sales, marketing, customer success, and internal workflows, ensuring clean data, high adoption, and actionable reporting.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho One apps, integrations, and automation, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
