5+ Years of Experience in Zoho Products
Main experience in Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, People
Certification from Zoho in required softwares
Understanding and aptitude to develop knowledge of any software
Understanding Integration of various softwares through zapier, api’s or any similar way for smooth and efficient integrations
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
Roles and Responsibilities:
Developing new processes for the organization
Implementing and automating the same using different zoho softwares or any other tool
Creating in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation.
Gathering information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Owning an end-to-end content creation and dissemination process.
