Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Zoho Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customising, and supporting Zoho applications, with a strong understanding of business processes and automation.

This role requires working from our office and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver efficient Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize, configure, and develop solutions using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.

  • Develop workflows, custom functions (Deluge), blueprints, validation rules, and automation as per business requirements.

  • Design and implement integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs.

  • Understand client requirements, analyse business processes, and propose suitable Zoho solutions.

  • Perform data migration, module customization, and system enhancements.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for existing Zoho implementations.

  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed during development.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and ongoing support.



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.

  • Strong familiarity with Zoho ecosystem and practical experience in Zoho application development.

  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting.

  • Experience with Zoho APIs, integrations, and automation.

  • Good understanding of business workflows and ERP/CRM concepts.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.

  • Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.




Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and referrals. Understand client needs and explain how Zoho products can help automate and improve their business processes. Set up and attend discovery calls or meetings with support from the pre-sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using Zoho CRM. Support the preparation of proposals and pricing discussions. ∙Learn about Zoho products and services through internal training and hands- on exposure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance and support from senior team members. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (any industry). Individuals with a passion for technology, SaaS, or business software solutions. ∙Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn about Zoho products and how they solve real business problems. Self-motivated, proactive, and good at building relationships. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Prior exposure to CRM tools or business software. Basic understanding of business operations (sales, finance, support, inventory). Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem is a plus.
