We’re Hiring For Our Client | Zoho Engineer – II | Mumbai (Onsite) A fast-scaling, tech-led global organization in the healthcare workforce mobility space is looking for a Zoho Engineer – II to own and scale a mission-critical Zoho ecosystem. This company operates across multiple countries, handling high-volume workflows, compliance-heavy processes, and complex stakeholder journeys — with Zoho at the core of CRM, recruitment, automation, analytics, and integrations.



About the Role



Own and evolve the entire Zoho ecosystem end to end.



Responsibilities



  • Build scalable workflows, triggers, dashboards & approvals
  • Drive Zoho CRM & Zoho Recruit customizations using Deluge & APIs
  • Lead integrations with internal systems & third-party tools
  • Work closely with founders & leadership
  • Mentor junior engineers and define Zoho best practices



Qualifications



  • 4–6 years of strong Zoho Suite experience



Required Skills



  • Deep hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM & Recruit
  • Strong problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in high-growth environments is a big plus
