Zoho Expert (Commercial Real Estate / Lending)

RemoteVA is looking for a Zoho Expert with experience in the commercial real estate or lending industry to help us clean up, streamline, and enhance our Zoho One ecosystem. You'll play a key role in automating workflows, building insightful dashboards, and creating customer-facing portals—all powered by Zoho and AI.

What You'll Do

• CRM Cleanup & Data Management: Audit and refine existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM
• Deduplicate and standardize records across modules for accuracy and consistency
• Deploy AI-powered solutions for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment

Workflow Automation: Design and implement advanced workflows in the Deals module, streamline lead-to-deal conversion processes, and automate routine tasks to reduce manual work and boost team productivity
