This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Zoho Implementation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients, helping them leverage Zoho applications to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and maximize their investment in the Zoho ecosystem. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure solutions, and ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Zoho implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering and process analysis to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and customize Zoho apps (primarily Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and related modules like Books, Projects, Desk, etc.) including workflows, blueprints, automation, custom fields, layouts, and modules.
  • Design and optimize business processes, mapping client requirements to Zoho features for efficient sales, marketing, support, finance, and operations workflows.
  • Perform data migration from legacy systems to Zoho, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, or Deluge scripting as needed.
  • Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide onboarding support to drive high adoption rates.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing optimization recommendations, and ensure clients achieve their business goals through Zoho.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables.



Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM/Zoho One implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.) and best practices.
  • Experience in business process mapping, workflow automation, and data migration.
  • Basic knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, and deliver training.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
