ZOHO One Administrator

At Virtual Building Studio (VBS) , we’re looking for a Zoho expert who can own our Zoho One ecosystem, build smart automations, create powerful dashboards, and keep our data clean and reliable.

Are you a Zoho power user who loves building smart systems, automations, and dashboards? We’re looking for a Zoho One Administrator / Zoho Solutions Specialist to take ownership of our Zoho ecosystem and help us scale with clean data, strong processes, and powerful automation.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and customize Zoho apps: CRM, Recruit, Analytics, Campaigns, Desk, Forms, Flow & more
• Build workflows, blueprints, validations, and automations
• Create real-time dashboards and reports for leadership and teams
• Handle integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, webhooks, and Deluge
• Maintain strong data hygiene and governance
• Understand business processes and convert them into scalable Zoho solutions
• Train users, create SOPs, and act as the internal Zoho expert

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One
• Deep expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
• Experience with workflows, automation, and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Analytics
• Experience with Deluge, Zoho Flow, and integrations
• Solid understanding of CRM hygiene and data management.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Zoho Campaigns / Marketing Automation
• Knowledge of lead lifecycle & recruitment workflows
• Experience in B2B or service-based environments
• Zoho certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
