This is a remote position.
Zoho Payroll Implementation & Support (70%)
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Zoho Payroll for clients.
Support setup of salary structures, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll policies.
Assist in configuring statutory components including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and Gratuity.
Support payroll calendar setup, payroll processing, and validations during implementation.
Assist with payroll data migration, employee master setup, and verification.
Perform payroll checks, reconciliation, and support parallel runs.
Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and statutory reports.
Support full & final settlement configuration and payroll closure activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll-related queries.
HR & Process Support (30%)
Assist in integration between Zoho Payroll and Zoho People (attendance, leave, reimbursements).
Support statutory documentation and audit requirements.
Provide post-go-live support and user assistance.
Help create implementation documents, SOPs, and client guides.
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Support internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related discipline.
0–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or payroll implementation.
Exposure to Zoho Payroll (implementation or processing experience preferred).
Basic understanding of Indian payroll compliance and statutory laws.
Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data validation, reports).
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle confidential employee data responsibly.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in HRMS implementation, HR operations, or HR technology Internship or relevant certification in HRMS / Zoho / HR / ERP is mandatory Basic understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Performance, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and HR systems Basic project management and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
