The successful candidate will work with the firm’s team to provide technical support for various Zoho modules. The position involves actively managing a ticketing system, assisting users with Zoho- related queries, and maintaining detailed documentation.


In this role, strong problem-solving skills are essential along with excellent communication abilities. Fluency in English is also required for effective collaboration within the team.
