Job Description


We are seeking an analytical, client-focused Zoho Presales Consultant to join our Zoho Solutions Department at Pinerium.
In this role, you will support the sales team by validating business requirements, designing feasible Zoho-based solutions, and ensuring all presales engagements—discovery, demos, POCs, and estimations—are executed with precision and alignment to Pinerium’s standards.


Requirements

Strategic

  • Ensure solution accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with Zoho best practices.

  • Support the Sales Account Manager with technical validation and solution positioning.

  • Maintain consistency with Pinerium’s delivery standards and documentation templates.

  • Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Technical teams.

Operational

  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to analyze client business processes and requirements.

  • Create high-level solution designs and architecture diagrams based on validated requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored demos focused on client value, not features.

  • Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) cycles end-to-end with defined scope and success criteria.

  • Provide accurate effort estimations in collaboration with Product Owners and Developers.

  • Prepare detailed handover documentation for delivery once a deal closes.

  • Maintain complete documentation and activity logs in Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive.

Tactical (Day-to-Day)

  • Review new presales requests and coordinate with Sales for context.

  • Prepare upcoming discovery or demo sessions using standardized templates.

  • Update presales assets and reusable demo environments weekly.

  • Attend presales alignment meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with:

    • Sales Account Managers – primary partner for all opportunities.

    • Product Owners & Developers – validate technical feasibility and custom logic.

    • Implementation Specialists – confirm configuration limits.

    • Solution Consultant Manager – review architecture and complex proposals.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or solution design (preferably Zoho or SaaS solutions).
  • Strong functional understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related apps.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience preparing demos, proposals, or POCs in a SaaS or ERP environment.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Familiarity with Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Meeting, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Sprints.
  • Must have own laptop.
  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).
