Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Zoho Sales Account Manager to join our Zoho Solutions Department.
The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B SaaS sales, experienced with Zoho applications, and capable of managing multiple deals while maintaining outstanding CRM discipline.
Responsibilities
Sales & Pipeline Management
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
Create tailored proposals and commercial offers using Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign.
Update and manage all leads, contacts, and deals in Zoho CRM daily.
Maintain accurate deal stages, next actions, and follow-up schedules.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Interaction
Act as the primary point of contact during the sales phase.
Communicate professionally and consistently with clients following Pinerium’s communication standards.
Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase Zoho solutions’ value.
Prepare detailed handover notes and conduct internal transfer meetings with Account Management teams.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events to generate quality leads.
Submit weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
Share client feedback and market trends with management for continuous improvement.
CRM, Compliance, and SOP Adherence
Maintain complete CRM hygiene and follow naming, logging, and SLA standards.
Document all communications and client actions in Zoho CRM.
Participate in regular sales audits and compliance reviews as per SOP guidelines.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in software or SaaS solution sales, preferably with Zoho products.
Proven success in B2B sales, client-facing roles, or CRM solution selling.
Strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Creator, etc.).
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
Ability to work cross-functionally with presales teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Meeting, Zoho WorkDrive, and related platforms.
High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
Candidate must have their own laptop.
Must be a non-smoker (all types).
