Prerequisites for the Job Role
- 8+ Years of Experience in Zoho Products
- Main experience in Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, People
- Certification from Zoho in required softwares
- Understanding and aptitude to develop knowledge of any software
- Understanding Integration of various softwares through zapier, api’s or any similar way for smooth and efficient integrations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing new processes for the organization
- Implementing and automating the same using different zoho softwares or any other tool
- Creating in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation.
