Position: Zonal Head

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site (Mon–Sat 8:AM to 5:00PM)

Location: Bangalore 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and oversee academic operations across all locations within the assigned zone.

•⁠ ⁠Handle, guide, and coordinate faculty members, ensuring effective academic delivery and discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Plan, draft, and finalize lecture schedules and timetables, ensure timely circulation and adherence across centers.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth and efficient operations across multiple locations in the zone, including regular visits to schools and centers.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with schools and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and support academic and admission objectives.

Key Skills & Eligibility: 

•⁠ ⁠IITian with Administration Experience 

•⁠ ⁠Below 40 years of age with relevant experience in the education sector (schools, coaching institutes, or academic organizations).

•⁠ ⁠Strong academic planning, scheduling, and operational management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, leadership, and faculty-handling abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to counsel students and parents effectively.
