THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fast-track leadership role .

You will begin with a 2-month immersive traineeship at Aerem's Mumbai HQ , working closely with senior leadership to understand the solar, fintech, and marketplace ecosystem. Post successful completion, you will be placed as a Zonal Head - Business Development , owning growth for a key region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (AS ZONAL HEAD)

• Drive business growth and revenue for your assigned zone
• Build and manage EPC, installer, and channel partner ecosystems
• Own regional execution in collaboration with credit and operations teams
• Represent Aerem in the local solar ecosystem and scale on-ground presence

WHO SHOULD APPLY

• Graduate from a premier Tier-1 engineering college (IITs / NITs / BITS or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development, Growth, or Sales at a fast-scaling company (mandatory)
• High ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and appetite for rapid growth
