Position Summary

The Zoanl Manager (ZM) is accountable for achieving sales objectives, managing a team of Regional Manager & KAMs, and ensuring effective execution of company strategies within the assigned zone which will consist of 3/4 States. The role demands strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement
    • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Drive prescription generation and product penetration across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop RBMs & KAMs.
    • Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to company standards.
