<p>- Handling a team of People including Regional Sales managers ,Area Sales managers and sales Managers for the assigned Zone..<br/><br/>- Responsible for selling of Affordable Home Loan.<br/><br/>- Maximise penetration the loan products through dealera /dsa / dst /branch channels.<br/><br/>- Closely working with the business partners in order to integrate their objectives with that of organisation's objectives.<br/><br/>- Integration of sales operations with the credit operation through checking check points and initiating feedback system from channels.<br/><br/>- Allocation of targets to the team, motivating them so as to accomplish the targets, with regular audits.<br/><br/>- Constant data analysis for identifying potential vs. Performance gap.<br/><br/>- Recruitment, Selection and distribution mapping of team dedicated for process management for channel partner.<br/><br/>- Fr...
