Role Objective

To lead and grow sales and business development for the West Zone by driving order intake, strengthening key accounts, and expanding presence across industrial, warehouse, logistics, data centers, and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve order booking, revenue, and margin targets for the West Zone.
  • Develop and execute zone-specific growth strategy
  • Build senior-level relationships with EPCs, consultants, developers, and large industrial clients
  • Lead tendering, pricing strategy, negotiations, and closures
  • Drive acquisition of large industrial & logistics projects
  • Track sales funnel, hit ratio, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Lead and mentor Regional / Area Sales teams
  • Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing, and upcoming projects

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead the Marketing and Business Development function for a leading company in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) segment. The role involves driving brand visibility, market positioning, and business growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective client engagement in the engineering and infrastructure domain. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Brand Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. Strengthen brand positioning and visibility within the PEB, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Oversee digital marketing, advertising, events, trade shows, and PR initiatives. Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and technical presentations to showcase company capabilities. Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to promote project successes, innovations, and technical strengths. Business Development Identify potential clients and new business opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and infrastructure segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers. Support the sales process from lead generation to client presentations and negotiations. Work closely with senior leadership to formulate strategies for market expansion and revenue growth. Participate in government or private sector initiatives relevant to industrial infrastructure and construction. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred. Experience: 12–20 years in Marketing and BD within PEB, EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of industrial and commercial building projects, including project lifecycle and client needs. Proven track record in brand building, lead generation, and client acquisition. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Exposure to CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven decision-making.
