Job Description
Role Objective
To lead and grow sales and business development for the West Zone by driving order intake, strengthening key accounts, and expanding presence across industrial, warehouse, logistics, data centers, and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve order booking, revenue, and margin targets for the West Zone.
- Develop and execute zone-specific growth strategy
- Build senior-level relationships with EPCs, consultants, developers, and large industrial clients
- Lead tendering, pricing strategy, negotiations, and closures
- Drive acquisition of large industrial & logistics projects
- Track sales funnel, hit ratio, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Lead and mentor Regional / Area Sales teams
- Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing, and upcoming projects

Candidate Profile
- 15–22 years of experience in PEB / industrial construction sales
- Strong exposure to West India markets
