ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate for the role of a Zonal Manager will be an enterprising individual with a proven track record of delivering business results and managing teams, with a strong desire for driving exponential revenue growth. The individual will


  • Be responsible for managing and growing the overall P&L of their stores
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of 50 to 100 stores across a geographical region
  • Set targets for the AOMs and ensure appropriate cascading across all the stores in the Zone
  • Identify areas for additional market penetration
  • Monitor stores’ growth through weekly review meetings with the AOMs
  • Adhere to review guidelines and parameters defined by the head office and the BU Head
  • Identify and address issues with under-performing stores
  • Manage and expand existing stores’ business as well as drive revenue growth in new stores
