Role Summary: Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+).
  • Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.
  • Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.
  • Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.
  • Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.
  • Handle and lead the team of Collection.

    • KPIs:

  • Collection efficiency vs target.
  • Roll rate and vintage movement.
  • Cost per unit recovery.
  • Agency performance and audit scores.
  • Legal case resolution TAT.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/MBA with 12-20 years in vehicle finance collections.
  • Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the zone.

    • Base location : Pune or Mumbai (Preferably Pune)

    Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractor)

    Salary - UP to 40 LPA (Negotiable)
