Job Description

  • Enabling Sales Automation portfolio within Birla Opus in multiple regions for the respective zones
  • Actively coordinating with branches for Roll out scheduling , driving SFA training agenda along with Regional training teams
  • Driving SFA app adoption by collaborating with the zonal teams and driving the agenda on ground by sharing regular updates & participating in regional team meetings to review SFA adoption agenda 
  • Driving 100 % DMS adoption in dealers by actively coordinating with teams on ground and assisting execution 
  • Driving 100 % SFA app operations like PJP , targets vs achv , data sanctity in the application 
  • Travelling to regions and ensuring SFA as an agenda is driven across Associates, Trade/Wood Finishes , Institutional & Service users
  • Capturing on ground feedback on app improvisations and relaying back to HO for adding as part of next releases Strategize the entry mode and research on whether that is the optimal mode to enter the market.
  • Driving Platform capability - Co own & drive digital transformation , Partner with HO team In project management , Conducting UAT of all Sales facing IT systems like SFA . 
  • Managing the IT support process, Ensuring logged tickets by users are resolved within agreed SLA with vendor
