Zonal Service Engineer

We’re specifically looking for a Zonal Service Engineer with hands-on axle & suspension service experience (not passenger vehicle or workshop-only backgrounds).

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading and managing all customer after-sales service operations for trailer axles. Ensures timely field service, warranty claim management,

customer satisfaction, service team performance, and coordination with OEMs, fleet owners, dealers, and internal departments for issue resolution and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

KRA 1 – Customer Complaint Handling & Field Service Coordination

Ensure timely allocation of field engineers for breakdowns, installations, and urgent customer
