Required Qualification : - MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resource Highly Preferred

Required Experience : - 2 – 6 Year (Min. 2-3 Yr working as Team Leader Role need to apply)

Age Preference :- Not more than 35 Year

Industry Preference :- Telecom Product Industry Highly Preferred

Professional Knowledge Requirement

  • To do Vba Hiring, Nurturing, Retention,
  • To do onboarding as per the budget
  • Vba on-boarding lead time
  • To check vba productivity and to get top vba share.
  • To do market auditing and reporting
  • To prepare plans and implement strategies for vba retention
  • To measure and assess monthly kpi scoring

    • Additional Required Skills

  • Team management /Marketing Management /Project Management
  • Good understanding of company culture and brand, rich knowledge of team management, planning strategies and market operations
  • Leadership Skills/Training Skills /Communication Skills/ Able to manage Cross-departmental collaboration / Team management / Effective Report Writing
